A cozy Amish Mystery.  This is what is on the cover of this cute, new book by Wanda E. Brunstetter and Martha Bolton.  You can't help loving the cover.  

This is a who done it story centered on a baking contest.  This contest is a really big thing in Tuscarawas County.  And someone is out to sabotage the whole thing!

Frannie Miller is quite a character.  She's an Amish woman who desperately wants to win the contest. Does she even have a chance? 

Her friend, Foster Bates, is a retired cop turned private investigator.  He wants no part in this investigation. But Frannie has her ways in getting him involved.

It is a "sweet" story.  Get it? A sweet story with intrigue, possible romance and sweet rolls!

Pick up the latest book by my favorite Amish author. I always know that I will be entertained by her books. I also know that I can give this as a gift to my 87 year old Mom without offensive language and explicit content.

Martha Bolton was Bob Hope's first female staff writer, writing for his television specials, personal appearances, and military shows for approximately fifteen years (in the 1980s and 90s). She is an Emmy nominee, Dove Award nominee, and WGA Award nominee. DEAR BOB... Bob Hope's Wartime Correspondence with the G.I.s of WWII (University Press of Mississippi, March 2021) was written with Linda Hope, Bob's daughter and producer, and was named Christian Market Book of the Year and Golden Scrolls Memoir of the Year at the 2021 Christian Product Expo. It also won First Place in the 2022 Selah Awards for Memoir, and First Place in the Chanticleer International Book Awards (CIBAs) for Military & Front-Line Division.
